This Privacy Policy describes how Proaxient Labs (the “Developer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”)—a developer brand used by Proaxient Technologies LLC—collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you use Apps ("Apps") created by Proaxient Technologies LLC.
Our Apps (including productivity tools, calculators, marketing tools, research tools, and Shopify Plugins/Applications) may be delivered via web-based platforms, mobile devices (Google Play/Apple App Store), or integrated into third-party platforms like the Shopify App Store (collectively, the “Services”).
Our Apps are designed for general utility and productivity. We do not collect or process sensitive personal information, such as government identifiers, precise geolocation, biometric data, or medical/health information.
For Shopify Plugins, we act as a "Service Provider" or "Data Processor" for the Merchant. We process data according to the Merchant’s instructions and Shopify’s API terms.
When you install one of our Shopify Apps, we automatically access certain types of information from your Shopify account via APIs. This includes Merchant Information such as your name, email address, shop URL, and contact details used to manage your subscription. Depending on the app’s functionality, we may process Customer Data including order history, contact info, or cart data solely to provide the services. We also receive Shopify API Data through webhooks to keep our services synchronized with your store’s status.
We collect information about the hardware and software you use to access our Apps, such as your device model, operating system version, IP address, and unique device identifiers like IDFA or Android Ad ID. We also maintain interaction logs that track features accessed and time spent within the App. This data is collected automatically via SDKs, log files, or cookies to ensure compatibility and perform performance analytics.
We collect identifiers such as your name, billing address, shipping address, email, phone number, and payment information. This information is provided directly by you or via the platform (such as Shopify, Apple, or Google) for the purposes of contract fulfillment, fraud screening, and providing customer support.
We share your information with service providers and sub-processors who assist in our operations. We use third-party Payment and Subscription Processors—including the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, RevenueCat, or other payment gateways—to power our commerce and subscription management.
When using a Shopify Plugin, data is shared back and forth with Shopify as a Platform Partner to ensure the app functions within your store admin. We also utilize Analytics Providers like Google Analytics to help us understand user behavior and may disclose information to satisfy Legal Compliance requirements or to protect our rights.
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures. For Shopify Apps, we comply with Shopify's mandatory webhooks for data deletion and access requests to ensure Merchant and Customer data is handled securely. However, please be aware that no method of data transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Proaxient Labs and Proaxient Technologies LLC provide these Apps on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other security intrusions caused by third parties, platform providers, or through the inherent vulnerabilities of the internet. Your use of the Apps is at your own risk.
We may use your information to provide targeted marketing. You can manage your preferences through your Mobile Settings by using "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android. For web-based services, you may use the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) Opt-Out Portal or the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) Opt-Out Portal.
We retain Personal Information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. For Shopify Plugins, we automatically delete or anonymize stored customer data within 48 hours of receiving a "Data Erasure" request from Shopify.
You have the right to access, rectify, port, or erase your data. If you are a customer of a merchant using our Shopify App, please contact the merchant directly to exercise your rights, as we process your data on their behalf.
Depending on your state of residence (including CA, VA, CO, CT, and UT), you may have the right to know what information we collect, the right to delete that information, and the right to opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your data for targeted advertising.
Our Apps are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a minor, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
We participate in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. We may earn commissions from qualifying purchases made via links in our Apps.
If you have questions or wish to exercise your rights, please contact us by email at [email protected].
We update this policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements.
